Welcome to Ames School!!! I am very proud to be the principal at Ames School and I truly enjoy every minute of working with your children. The elementary school years are a magical time in your child's life. As the principal, I am here to provide strong leadership to the staff, parents and students in order to fulfill the District 96 mission. The District 96 mission is to provide each student with a challenging education which: promotes academic excellence, encourages creativity, develops critical thinking and fosters respect for self, community and the environment. The Ames School staff provides an educational environment in which each child can reach his/her fullest potential. As you visit our site, I hope you will find some helpful information about our school. Ames School is also known for its very active PTA and dedicated parent volunteers. By working as a team with our PTA and parents, we are able to provide many different educational programs and cultural arts activities. Please take a moment to browse through our web site.
