2nd Session Co-Curriculars

The session 2 co-curricular brochures were distributed today during 9th period. Enrollment for the clubs has changed.  Students who apply for clubs are not guaranteed placement. In the past, enrollment has been done on a first-come first-served basis; however due to high interest, requests for clubs may exceed the number of spots available. Therefore, a lottery will be held to give all students who apply a fair chance for placement. Waiting lists will still be maintained in the case that spots open up. Enrollment forms are due by Thursday, January 12, 2012 by 3:30 p.m. If the enrollment form is not turned in by this date, your child will not be in the lottery drawing, if one is necessary. Clubs that do not enroll a minimum number of ten students will be cancelled. Parents and students will be notified whether or not they have been placed in a club.  Club lists will be posted outside of the Hauser office on Friday, January 13, 2012.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Westin (westins@district96.org).

Session 1 Co-Curricular Enrollment Due 9/21

The session 1 co-curricular brochures were distributed today during advisory. Enrollment for the clubs is on a first come first served basis.  Students are encouraged to bring back the completed enrollment forms to the main office as soon as possible. They are due no later than Wednesday, September 21.  Club lists will begin to be posted outside of the Hauser office the week of September 19.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Westin (westins@district96.org).

Creative Crafts Club Cancelled 10/20

The Creative Crafts Club will be cancelled on Wednesday, October 20 due to the Springfield trip. A make-up date will be forthcoming.

If your child is interested in joining any club, please be sure to complete the sign-up sheet and return it to Ms. Johnson in room 207 or the Co-Curricular sign-up box in the office by Tuesday, September 21. The session two Co-Curricular brochure has been distributed to all students. Enrollment forms should be returned to the Co-Curricular box in the main office. Enrollment forms will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If a club your child registers for is full, he/she will be put on a waiting list, and they will be notified if an opening becomes available. All enrollment forms should be handed in by Friday, January 8, 2010. Club lists will be posted outside the main office after school on January 8, 2010.
