Graduation Pictures 2/7

Graduation pictures will be taken on Tuesday, February 7, during Social Studies classes.  8th graders already received an informational flyer about the details.
Boys should wear a shirt and tie, and girls should wear a nice shirt or blouse. Students will be wearing a gown over their clothes (no cap).  Proofs are scheduled to arrive within 2-3 weeks, and orders can be placed at that time.  Picture retakes will take place on, Tuesday, April 3, from 8 – 10 a.m.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Westin at, westins@district96.org or (708)447-3896.

Group Yearbook Pictures

On Thursday December 8, yearbook pictures will be taking place for the groups listed below.  Photos of the groups are available to purchase for $10. Please have your child pick up an order form from their group supervisor, or in the Hauser office.

Picture Retakes 10/25

School picture retakes are taking place next Tuesday, October 25.  Pictures will be taken from 8:00 – 10:30 a.m.  Students are encouraged to have their picture retaken before the school day begins, no appointment is necessary.  

-If you ordered pictures on the original picture day, students must bring them with when they are having their picture retaken.  A new order form does not need to be filled out.
-If your child did not have their picture taken on the original picture day and you would like to order pictures, a new order form needs to be filled out.  This form can be picked up in the Hauser office.
-If your child did not have their picture taken on the original picture day and they are just having it taken to be in the yearbook, you do not need to fill anything out.

Yearbook Pictures

All students who had their yearbook picture taken should’ve received a proof sheet today in their language arts class.  If your child ordered school pictures, they also should’ve received them today. Pictures can still be ordered at this time.  If you choose to order pictures, please return the completed order form with payment to the Hauser office, or you have the option to order them online.  Please contact Mrs. Westin with any questions at, westins@district96.org or (708)447-3896. You may also contact Lifetouch directly at, (630)910-6800.  If your child was absent on the original picture day, or they need to retake their picture, Lifetouch will be at Hauser again on Tuesday, October 25 from 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.  We are encouraging students to have their picture taken before the school day begins.

School Picture Day 9/20

School picture day is Tuesday, September 20. Information and order forms were distributed to students yesterday. Students are to bring their completed order form with payment on the day of pictures. If they would like to turn their order form in early, they are to hand them in to their Language Arts teacher. We encourage all of our students to have their picture taken to ensure their picture gets put in the yearbook. Picture retakes are scheduled for Tuesday, October 25. On Picture Day students will be photographed during their language arts period. Three classes will be in MAP testing during language arts and will therefore be photographed at an alternate time as follows:
Mrs. Chisholm’s 3rd period L.A. class will have their picture taken during advisory
Mrs. Schuldt’s 6th period L.A. class will have their picture taken during advisory
Mrs. Schuldt’s 7th period L.A. class will have their picture taken during 4th period recess

8th Grade Panoramic Picture

The class of 2011 panoramic picture is being taken on Friday May 13, at 9:30 a.m. The rain date for the panoramic picture is scheduled for Monday, May 16.  Order forms have been distributed, and the cost of the picture is $16.00.  Completed order forms with payment, need to be turned into the Hauser office by the morning of Friday, May 13. There is a box in the office where orders can be dropped off ahead of time. 

The 8th grade panoramic picture is a formal picture, so students are expected to dress accordingly.  Boys should wear dress pants, a collared shirt, tie, and dress shoes.  Girls should wear a blouse and dress pants, a blouse and skirt, or a casual dress (skirt and dress of appropriate length, and shoulders must be covered), and dress shoes. If there are questions, please contact Mrs. Westin at 447-3896 or westins@district96.org.
