Graduation Proof Reminder – Due 3/11

Just a reminder that graduation picture order forms with payment are due by Friday, March 11.  There is a box in the office where these are to be dropped off.  Portrait packages are expected to be delivered in the beginning of April.  If students need to have their picture retaken, the retake day is on Tuesday, March 15, from 8 – 10 a.m.  Students are encouraged to have their picture taken before the school day begins.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Westin at, gro.69tcirtsidnull@snitsew or (708) 447-3896.  Parents may also contact Lifetouch directly at (630) 910-6800.

Graduation Proofs

Graduation picture proofs were distributed to students today during P.E. classes.  The proof package contains the following:
-A customized proof sheet
-An order form
-A payment envelope

Graduation Pictures – Monday 2/7

Graduation pictures will taken on Monday, February 7, during P.E. classes.  8th graders received information about this at the beginning of the week.  Boys should wear a shirt and tie, and girls should wear a nice shirt or blouse.  Proofs should arrive within 2-3 weeks, and orders can be placed at that time.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Westin at, gro.69tcirtsidnull@snitsew or (708)447-3896.

Group Yearbook Pictures 11/11

On Thursday, November 11, yearbook pictures will be taking place for the groups listed below. Photos of the groups are available to purchase for $9. Please have your child pick up an order from their group supervisor, or in the Hauser office. The completed order form with payment is due the day of the pictures. School Picture Retakes – 10/26

School picture retakes are taking place next Tuesday, October 26.  Pictures will be taken from 8:00 – 10:30 a.m.  Students are encouraged to have their picture retaken before the school day begins, no appointment is necessary.  

-If you ordered pictures on the original picture day, students must bring them with when they are having their picture retaken.  A new order form does not need to be filled out.
-If your child did not have their picture taken on the original picture day and you would like to order pictures, a new order form needs to be filled out.  This form can be picked up in the Hauser office.
-If your child did not have their picture taken on the original picture day and they are just having it taken to be in the yearbook, you do not need to fill anything out.

Yearbook Pictures

All students who had their yearbook picture taken should’ve received a proof sheet today in their math class.  If your child ordered school pictures, they also received them today.  Pictures can still be ordered at this time.  If you choose to order pictures, please return the completed order form with payment to the Hauser office, or you have the option to order them online.  Please contact Mrs. Westin with any questions at, gro.69tcirtsidnull@snitsew or (708)447-3896.  You may also contact Lifetouch directly at, (630)910-6800.

If your child was absent on the original picture day, or they need to retake their picture, Lifetouch will be at Hauser again on Tuesday, October 26 from 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.  We are encouraging students to have their picture taken before the school day begins.

Hauser Picture Day

Parents,  if you missed ordering a picture on picture day (September 21),  your child will receive a proof.  Please fill out the form when the proof arrives and for a fee you can have your child’s yearbook picture!  If your child took a conference sport team picture on September 21,  they can still order group pictures ONLY. Dressing for the Panoramic Picture

The 8th grade panoramic picture is a formal picture, so students are expected to dress accordingly. Boys should wear dress pants, a collared shirt, tie and dress shoes. Girls should wear a blouse and dress pants, a blouse and skirt or a casual dress (skirt and dress of appropriate length, and shoulders must be covered) and dress shoes.

Class of 2010 Panoramic Picture

The class of 2010 panoramic picture is being taken on Friday, May 14 at the beginning of the school day. The rain date for the panoramic picture is scheduled for Monday, May 17. Order forms have been distributed, and the cost of the picture is $16.00. Completed order forms with payment need to be handed in to the Hauser office by the morning of Friday, May 14.
