Building improvements will take place at Hauser and Blythe this summer. All projects are expected to be substantially complete in August 2026. Central’s playground and field and Blythe’s playground will be closed during these projects.

Hauser: tuckpointing, boiler & window replacement

Tuckpointing work will begin in early June. The removal, disposal, and installation of new windows will begin in mid-June. Hauser’s three existing basement boilers will be replaced with three high-efficiency boilers. 

Blythe Park: playground project

Once fencing goes up in early June, existing playground equipment will be removed. This will be followed by surfacing and site drainage work, then the installation of cobble paver curbing and new playground equipment.
