This week’s book recommendation is from Zoe:

Pie by Sarah Weeks

This book is about a girl who is trying to find out who broke into her aunt’s pie shop. Along the way, she finds out things about her community. I enjoyed this book because there was a mystery to solve. Also because there was a pie recipe at the start of every chapter.

Wait Till Helen Comes by Margaret Downing Hahn

This book is about two kids who don’t want to move with their mom and her new husband Dave into a converted church in the country. They miss their old friends. Molly has to share a room with Heather. Heather is unpleasant and difficult to get along with. I enjoyed this book because it’s spooky and is a very good book. I recommend this book to anyone who likes horror books.
