Employee Handbook

 
The Riverside D96 handbook has been created to make employees aware of District employment practices, guidelines and expectations in a concise and simple manner.  This handbook does not take the place of any other District or legal documentation.  For full information on any topic in this handbook, please refer to the appropriate documentation, including Board Policies, District procedures, union contracts, Illinois School Code, etc.
 
Changing District guidelines is necessary to accommodate changing laws or the needs of students, staff, schools, or the District, in general.  For that reason, this handbook may be revised at any time.  Changes will be communicated to staff when they occur.
 
Nothing contained in the Handbook may be construed as creating a promise of future benefits or a binding contract with District 96 for benefits or for any other purpose.
