Mileage Reimbursement
The reimbursement rate for the calendar year 2024 is 67.00 cents per mile.
The reimbursement rate for the calendar year 2023 was 65.50 cents per mile.
The reimbursement rate for the calendar year 2022 was 58.50 and 62.50 cents per mile.
The reimbursement rate for the calendar year 2021 was 56.00 cents per mile.
The reimbursement rate for the calendar year 2020 was 57.50 cents per mile.
Forms can be submitted any time, and are paid on the third Wednesday of the month - please allow 10 days for processing.
Travel from July through December should be submitted by January 10.
Travel from January through June should be submitted by July 10.
