Faith's Law Authorization

 

Faith’s Law was passed by the 102nd General Assembly as Public Act 102-0676, which took effect on December 3, 2021, and Public Act 102-0702, which took effect on July 1, 2023.

 

Public Act 102-0702 requires new employment history reviews as part of the hiring and vetting process in Illinois schools. Employment History Review (EHR) requests should be sent to Donna McLachlan, Administrative Assistant/HR, at [email protected]
