Teacher Created Units - K through 8th Grade

105 ILCS 5/27-9.1a (Comprehensive personal health and safety and comprehensive sexual health education) & 9.1b (Consent Education)

• Sets forth criteria for all classes that teach comprehensive personal health and safety and comprehensive sexual health education. School districts have discretion over whether they provide sexual health education to students.
