Our mission is to create a culture where diversity is valued and central to our hiring process for all learners and stakeholders by consciously and actively pursuing opportunities to create a workforce that is as authentically diverse and representative of pluralistic society as is imaginable.

How does District 96 define diversity?
Diversity consists of the following characteristics: gender (including, but not limited to male, female, transgender, gender neutral, and non-binary), race, sexual orientation, disability, age, skillset, language, religion, experience, professional background, and personality traits.
