Facility Rentals

Application Process:

  • Fill out the Facilities Use Application and send completed form with insurance certificate to Traci Michalowicz

  • We ask that you apply at least two weeks in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process special requests.

  • By submitting the application, the undersigned individual or representative of the organization agrees that the individual or organization will abide by the Riverside District 96 Facility Use - Rules and Regulations in the event that the application is approved.

Application Approval:

  • You will receive an approval confirmation by email

    • Please attach the insurance certificate when submitting to avoid delays.      

Invoicing:

  • You will receive an invoice from our business office before or after the use of the the facility.

    • Depending on the type of rental, we might ask for a deposit.  

  • Invoices should be paid by check.

Costs:

  • Space fees:

    • Fees vary from $15 to $100 per space or occurrence and will be communicated before approval.

  • Staff fees:     

    • A district staff member must be present while the facilities are in use. In most cases, this will be a school custodian.

      • Custodial costs are not charged when the facility is used during scheduled custodial shifts (student attendance days until 9:45 p.m.).

      • Custodial costs are charged if the facilities are used on non­-attendance days. The rates are based on the custodian's hourly contract and are determined at 1-1/2 time on Saturdays and double time on Sundays or holidays.

  • Each individual or organization using District facilities or equipment assumes responsibility for any cost to replace or repair any District property that is damaged, broken, or stolen during their usage.
